  • Producing high quality, clear and simple end products that support the objectives of the business; and

These skills have allowed her to accomplish major initiatives like streamlining management costs by over $25M at a major retailer; inspiring new leadership behaviour in over 80% of salaried staff at a large manufacturer; and spearheading the HR work streams for an on-time launch of a major new line of digital business.

Sherry learned her disciplined approach to work through her six years of living, studying and working in Japan where she dedicated herself to learning the language and understanding the culture. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from one of Japan’s top universities and an MBA and the Advanced Program in HR Management from the Rotman School of Management.
